I do not diagnose disease, illness, physical disorder, nor prescribe medical treatment, pharmaceuticals, or perform spinal manipulations.
Rehabilitation Therapists are currently an unregulated health profession in Ontario. However, as a member of the American Medical Student Association and Student American Chiropractic Association I would be happy to assist you upon referral from your doctor, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, massage therapist, or psychologist.

Services:
As your Rehabilitation Therapist in health and wellness I will:
- Provide direct care under supervision of a health professional and indirect care in the clinic, community, home, and work
- Follow treatment plans prescribed by your health professional and monitor your health following a stroke, head injury, or accident
- Provide assertiveness training, physical training, breathing, relaxation, and stretching exercise programs, massage, personal assistance, simplification of home and work environments
- contact your doctor periodically sending progress reports on a regular basis
Follow up:
In this significant stage of healing your progress is monitored and reported to your doctor, or personal assistance is given in home care and preventative education or wellness care is encouraged.
Fees:

| We also accept auto insurance, health insurance, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and long-term care insurance providers*. |
